  • How do I register?

    You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information. Close

  • What is My Account?

    My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Heritage Fresh.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details. Close

  • How do I reset my password?

    You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team. Close


  • What are the modes of payment?

    You can pay for your order on Heritage Fresh.com using the following modes of payment:
    a. Cash on delivery
    b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / American Express)
    c. Sodexo passes on delivery (only for food items) Close

  • Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

    The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Heritage Fresh to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is a delivery charge of Rs. 20 on orders below Rs. 1000. Close

    Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. Heritage Fresh currently offers 4 delivery slots each day. These are:i. Close

  • What is a cut-off time and what are the corresponding cut-off timing for each slot?

    Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. After this time you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.Cut off time for Slot 3 & Slot 4 is 12 noon on the same day and cut off time for Slot 1 & Slot 2 is 7 pm on the previous day. Close
