Cancellation Policy

Heritage Foods Limited believes in putting its customers first, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  •  Cancellations (full order or an item) can be done anytime just before the dispatch of the order from our side by calling our customer care at 18004253921 / 040-44249590. Alternatively customer can send an email to our customercare@heritagefreshonline.com.
  •  Our call centers work between 7 AM and 10 PM every day throughout the year.
  •  For all cancelled orders we will refund any payments already made by the customer for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction which violates the terms & conditions of using the website or is suspected to be unfair, we would cancel all such orders. We will deny access to such customers or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a no questions asked return/refund policy. In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it with our delivery person at time of delivery or contact our Customer Service team at 18004253921 / 040-44249590. Alternatively customer can send an email to our customercare@heritagefreshonline.com and we will do the needful. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. Products purchased can be returned as per the below:

  •  Perishables – (Bread/Fruits & Vegetables/Eggs/Dairy Products) – At the time of delivery
  •  Other products– Within 7 days of delivery

Conditions for return:

  •  Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  •  Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Refunds:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Heritage Foods Limited or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

  •  Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account within 7 working days.
  •  For all other modes of payment, we will issue a credit note that ll get updated to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
